
Very rarely, I have a sad day. When I do, I think of why I am sad and realize I am feeling that way cause I tell myself that I am; so I change my attitude. When that doesn't work, I always fall back on the soft padding of 'service.' Mark Twain once said, "the best way to cheer yourself up, is to cheer someone else up." I completely agree with that statement; if you are ever down in the dumps, do some service. I guarantee you will come out feeling happy.
